So this place is called JD Party Supply now. The new owner is the niece of the original owner. We’ve been regular customers since 2016 and never had a problem with the original owner. She was a sweet older lady and kind. So earlier this evening 10/26/2020 Monday, my bf got a call from the owner (niece) asking him rudely where her tables and chairs were and why weren’t they dropped off yet? My bf explained to her over the phone once, but he could sense that she just didn’t care. So fast foward to 8pm me and my bf went to drop off the tables and chairs and he asked for his deposit back. She said no! He again explained to her that we always dropped off the tables and chairs Monday’s because her aunt (original owner) was understanding about us having parties on Saturdays and would not make it to drop off the stuff Sunday in the mornings. She would close early Sunday’s. Plus my bf couldn’t drop them off earlier today (Monday) cause he works all day. She was being so rude, talking over my bf and said she would not give us our deposit back because they had to be return Sunday, plus she tried to charge and additional 12. For what? No where on their receipts does it say that deposits are non fundable for late drop offs. She clearly said to us in our face that the deposits are on hold for in case customers don’t come back and drop off their items. So why didn’t she give us our refund back? Cause she’s a rude, dishonest and greedy person. I can’t believe this even happened to us. I’m never the type to review places even if they have bad service but the fact that she kept our money for NO GOOD REASON and she was dishonest I have to review this place a 0 if I could. Don’t come to this place. The fact that she’s raza as well makes it even worse. Will not be coming here anymore and definitely will recommend my family and friends somewhere else.

I have a large family and birthdays come up quite often and this is my favorite party supply store.
I always rent from here! It's affordable they always carry good quality piñatas . If they don't have it they can always have someone make it and it's brought within days. If my kids tag along they always leave with a balloon. Very sweet ladies.
This place is great! We were in and out in 5 minutes with an awesome Spider-Man pinata for our son's birthday. This place is newly relocated to Victory and Goodland Avenue, so stop in and give them some business. Very very nice ladies. PS they are cash only so pass to the ATM before you go. Parking in the back.
