I was at Tim Morris GMC on Lorain road in North Olmsted on Dec. 28 2017 to trade my 2015 Serria Denali HD for New 2018 Serria Denali. THE SALES TEAM SUCK HERE!!!! I CAME TO SPEND OVER 60000.00 FOR A NEW TRUCK..... THIS DEALERSHIP IS NO BUSIER THAN ANY OTHER FOR YEAR END SALES. THE SALES MANAGER TOLD THE PERSON I WAS GOING THRU FOR A NEW ONE. THAT THEY DIDN'T WANT TO GET ANOTHER TRUCK TRANFERED THERE???? TOO MUCH OF A HEADACHE AT THIS TIME COME BACK AFTER ALL THE SALES ARE OVER AND WE CAN GET THAT DONE THEN!!!!! WAS VERY UPSETTING TO HEAR VERY SUCKY SALES TEAM HERE...... WENT TO ANOTHER DEALSHIP THAT NIGHT AND IT ONLY TOOK A FEW MINUTES TO GET ME A TRUCK FOR MY NEEDS. SO, HOW COME ANOTHER DEALESHIP CAN DO THIS AND MORRIS GMC CAN NOT??? Don't know how the service team is there? But I'm sure they are do whats needed to fix the issues. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS DEALERSHIP PERFORM JUST LIKE THE CLEVELAND BROWNS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Morris Cadillac is top notch, best car buying experience I have ever had. Fast, friendly and courteous staff. Really appreciated Camden in sales for helping me find the car I wanted with all the features I desired. I drove an hour there to get a specific car and ended up with something totally different.
