A wonderful place to walk. Plenty of room to safely distance while enjoying the sights, sounds and smells of the wetlands. Bring your binoculars - look for the eagles, swans and Sandhill cranes. Parking is easy; there is a main lot and a secondary lot. There are benches positioned (more or less) at the corners of the path and two elevated viewing platforms. While the wetland walk is certainly the main attraction, there are also two very nice meadow walks. Enter on either side of the parking lot. Lovely now with the Goldenrod and purple Asters.

One of the Lorain County Parks. Woods, wetlands, fields and ponds many species of birds, mostly waterfowl at this time of year. Easy walking, good trail maintenance, flat except for a hill that is an overlook. People don't need to walk it if they don't want to. Some benches along the trail. Wonderful to see Red-headed Woodpeckers, Bald Eagles (and the eagle's nest), Sandhill Cranes and more so easily. Please take kids to see these beautiful parts of nature.
Beautifully maintained space. One of my favorite NE-Ohio reservations for springtime birding.
A well-maintained park/reservation! Love the location and its accessibility to the neighborhood next door. I appreciate their dedication to keeping the wild-life safe
A great place to see wildlife!
