When the organization merged, you absorb the good and the bad. Some coaches I am sure are great but others, not so much. Our only experience was with a bantam level coach that liked to call the kids derogatory names...not just names for motivation!! Its funny but phone calls to their president of the organization were never returned....looks like the problems start at the top!!
