A really good choice of coals. They sell everything you need for your stove/fireplace. The staff are friendly and helpful too.

Customer Service was outstanding. They contacted me two days day before delivery to confirm delivery slot and the driver phoned on the day to confirm time. The delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. Very well run operation I shall use again.

Very bad experience took price over the phone travel to pick up the item and the price was a lot higher . I am a trade customer I asked for the person who gave me the price and i was told she is not in she has popped out and she gave me wrong price and she was new employee. She looked very experienced person she new what she was talking about . Very bad
