Awesome small swimming school. Open during Covid for kids under 5 I think. All instructors are young but caring and get along with kids will. I recommend this school.

Good school, but communication is really poor!! We paid in advance for private classes, and they have not responded to our phone calls, nor they have given us a refund. Was the school open all of this time for kids under 5? What is going on????

Water wings is probably a great swimming school. But their service, response to concerns, and the overall communication is by far the worst I have encountered. I have a child who has some developmental delay. I signed him up for 4 week course. I decided to not continue after the first session because he has behavioral issues and it was just not a pleasant experience for him. I did not ask for a refund because I knew I had paid 4 classes and opted not to continue. Figured i would take the loss. However, i was charged two consecutive months after the 4 weeks I agreed to and was unaware until I checked my credit card statements. I called and after various attempts they finally offered credit, meaning I had to use the money that was already paid and attend 8 classes to get my money's worth. I explained the situation with my child. I refuse to make him go through what is unpleasant just to get my money credited. So they told me I had to email the owner to ask for approval of a refund. I've sent various emails and have been ignored every time. I messaged on Yelp, and again, got ignored after a few messages. If he is unable to refund me fine! But his lack of etiquette to at least answer is beyond ridiculous...I did not attend but one class, and got charged for 12 classes. This is a rip off. I opted not to continue because I refuse to trigger my child. I thought swimming would be good to enhance his development. It wasn't. And I don't think I should be told I could only use my payment as credit when I this causes issues with my child's well being. Failure to at least communicate with me has prompted me to write this review and I wrote one on yelp as well. I want to warn other parents of the absurd rip off that goes on at this swimming school. Apparently I'm not the only one. I looked at some of the other reviews on yelp, and it seems to be a trend. This school charges without warning.
