1 HOUR wait to get through! Have we nothing better to do than sit waiting? No NWater e-mail address to send my problem. Automated phone systems that drive you mad with unwanted details. No chat line to sort out a problem. What drips are running this vital water system?

Definitely one of the better water suppliers in the country. Although personally I do not believe companies should profit from things like basic food and water, these should be supplied by nonprofit organisations

Absolutely rubbish, took over 1hr to get through had 3 different numbers to call, tried paying online through online banking and Northumbrian water website my account number I had to use as a reference or to make payment wasn't recognised. So infuriating!
