Overall the company are good. However the workshop is like a school playground, full of immature youngsters that believe they know everything, think they own the company, and don't welcome people doing things different ways, If you don't act immature yourself you wont fit in and will be made to feel isolated and unwelcome. A very unprofessional enviroment. Really could be a good place to work if management cracked down on these individuals
