I came in to the shop in Norwich to buy starter kits for my kids. I was very pleased with the service from Clickers. They are very professional and courteous and spent a lot of time making sure we got the right sizes and draw weights. At the same time they gave us lots of good information to get started. Their civic precautions made us feel at ease. Very good prices too!

I rarely leave reviews at all and even when I do so, I must be really impressed. I recently got a brand new compound from them (not cheap at all) and the proved their unprofessional service twice. They have a very friendly customer service but their technical skills lack quiet a bit. The have ruined my bow twice. I have to make a journey of about 4h to get there as I am not from the area and I am completely disappointed as I went there twice just to waste money on national rail. THIS IS A KIDS SHOP AND NOTHING MORE. DON'T GO THERE EXPECTING A PROFESIONAL SERVICE OR TECHNICAL. if you are serious about archery this really isn't your shop. Try merlin archery, a bit more expensive but way more profesional
