Lovely shop, but extremely rude shopkeeper. Shouted at asking if I had sanitised my hands and then very rude and unwelcoming to other customers saying that the shop was too full. Needs to learn some customer service skills. Had it not been for the fact that I was buying a present I wouldn't have bought anything. Extremely unpleasant member of staff
