Such a fine food and book section - impressive for a independent department store. Their Christmas treat range is not your average fair you‘d fine in a supermarket. When in Norwich it‘s worth a visit!

Went on Sunday13.12.20 and found it very clean. All counters have screens up. Good choice of hot or salad and drinks. Card payment only. Children's meal comes with a roll, drink, fruit and a toy.

You know how no company has a contact number and everything is done via emails which nobody ever answers back. Well I was searching for an item found it on this shops website but needed info on the sizing. Well imagine my surprise when I found a contact number. I rang and the phone was picked up by a very plesdent lady who quickly put me through to the right dept. The sales advisor was so helpful and very sadly I couldn't buy from the shop as the item was the wrong size even when I said I couldn't buy she was still lovely. So I thoroughly recommend this store as it has the personal touch. Very reasonable pricing. Above all brilliant customer service. It was a joy to speak to you today. Thank you

Eyebrow threading is a great service. The beautician was friendly, polite, kind and professional. Also not very painful (unlike some other places in Norwich!)

Jarrolds is a lovely store. The new cafe and gift department upstairs is V. Nice. They have very nice eateries and good selection of clothes for all ages and incomes. Bottom floor has nice choices of kitchen goods and chocolates and a nice deli department.
