Had a really great day with friends at the wine school. Really interesting and informative, learning how to taste and recognise the different nuances and types of wine. Food was excellent and wine was plentiful. It was pitched well with the right level of detail and no wine snobbery at all.

At least 5 stars for the Norfolk Wine School! The Saturday wine course is a full day with a full lunch at the fabulous Last Wine Bar and getting on for 20 wines to taste. It is suitable for wine tasting newbies as well as folk who have dabbled a little deeper. The day is beautifully paced with a glass of champagne to kick things off and a blind tasting after lunch to get you up on your feet and applying a bit of what you have learnt. A great day out.

The \ Tapas and Wine \ evening held in an intimate basement setting, was just the thing to banish the autumn blues and bring in a touch of Spanish sunshine. Jeremy the host talked us through each course and told us why a certain wine was paired with it. Not being a big fan of rosé, I was surprised I actually found one that I liked that complemented chorizo really well. I found Jeremy to be a friendly host, who told us what we needed to know without giving us an information overload. Perfect !

I attended the 8 week World Of Wine Course which was presented by Jeremy with an informal but structured format. The course visited the major wine regions, covering climate and soil impact, grape varieties, wine making methods, and the influence of the winemaker on wine styles. Prior to attending the course I had a very limited range of wines that I would use. The course has enabled me to assess a wine and identify faults along with the confidence to try a whole new world of wines. I highly recommend.

Wine and Cheese tasting: You know you like wine, but you don't know why. Jeremy our host gave us the reasons and understanding, coupled with some excellent pairings. Very relaxed and enjoyable night.
