Today was my first visit here with my newly rescued cat and unfortunately did not feel welcomed by the person on the door. We’re all familiar with Covid restrictions and this was not the issue - just her manner. Thankfully the lovely nurse and receptionist made up for this, hopefully my next visit will be better.

Great staff can not fault them. Only disappointment was my appointment was for 8:15 but I didn't get seen until 8:45. Time keeping needs to be improved.

Exceptionally lovely team. This team had looked after our Obi his whole life, and when he had a fatal sudden emergency, they were so attentive, clear and exceptionally caring at a very difficult time. When we get up the courage to move on and get another dog, we wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you team.
