My son and I fell in love with Town Close House on our first visit. I knew I wanted him to go there (from Reception) and that he’d be happy – and have been proved right. Small classes, brilliant teachers, supportive management, strong ethos, great facilities and beautiful surroundings have all contributed to making my child’s school days a positive and enriching experience.

Simply Mindfulness

Both my children have loved their time at Town Close. The teachers are superb and genuinely care about the children, it's not all about \the tests\. The facilities are outstanding with an excellent theatre and swimming pool. I particularly loved that in reception my son was in a literacy group that did letter sleuthing outside as he wasn't ready to sit down with pencil and paper. It's that level of individual care that I appreciate.

Brilliant school....my boy and girl now 17 and 16 went there, one to 11, the other till 13 and they had a superb all round education with great friendship groups which have continued on. Would thoroughly recommend staying for years 7 and 8 where they can be the top of the tree. They wont get the chance again for a while and they grow up so much with the responsibilities they are given. Very sad when it was all over.

My children are very happy here. We’ve only had experience of the Pre-Prep so far, but all the staff are so friendly and helpful. It is a very welcoming school and very supportive. The small class sizes were a big factor in selecting this school. Despite being so close to the centre of Norwich, they have lot of space and facilities, and all children get to use them. Even the nursery children use the huge sports hall and swimming pool every week. We are very pleased with it.

Town Close is a caring school where children are happy and as a consequence learn very well. The curriculum is varied and although based around the essential skills of literacy and numeracy there are lots of opportunities to be creative, sporty and learn outside the classroom. We have found teachers responsive and supportive of our child’s needs.
