James Cann, the operations manager for ever so sensible is a rude and obnoxious, poor excuse for a man who, evidently , is completely unable to be a professional. His behaviour is shocking, especially coming from so high up in the company. He thrives from making inappropriate and condescending remarks to humiliate people and a young girl who worked hard under his management, who he clearly has absolutely no respect for. His professionalism is questionable and the comments he makes would see him on a disaplinary at the very least in any other company. If I could give 0 stars, I would have done.
