Had our tub delivered today in Devon by Paul and Jay, they arrived well before time and also sent a message prior to arriving. Crane hoisted it to our garden and the lads got to work. Excellent hand over of how the tub operates and how to maintain it. It was freezing cold but these lads carried on regardless even after losing feeling in their hands! Cannot thank Pauline and her team for a seamless process and the lavender crystals, what a lovely touch for my birthday. Would I recommend this company? Yes in a heartbeat. Even though I chose the tub from their site, and didn't see it in person, its wonderful and I can't wait to use it. Thank you all so very much. Jo and Steve in Plymouth

Hot tub installed in November and finally getting round to reviewing. Excellent service throughout, kept up to date whilst awaiting delivery. Hot tub has been amazing since installation and has been used almost daily. Special mention to Paul and Rob who travelled to Scotland to fit the tub, arriving at 8am, assisting with installing through a tight gateway and explaining routine maintenance. Excellent service and would recommend.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. From first speaking to the team a few months ago to finally getting the hot tub installed, we had a great experience with a very friendly team of people. Lots of advice and lots of answers to our many questions! Delivery was simple and they did the full installation quickly and with no fuss. Hot tub is very easy to use and we can't wait to use it more over the winter.
