Don’t expect anyone to answer your call when you ring and if someone does answer they disconnect you.
They did everything they could to get rid of me, I was spoken down to and spoken to with 0 respect. I saw one person literally close the screen they sit behind while a man was trying to speak (very calmly) to them. Eventually I got to speak to one woman who was very kind, helpful and understanding. She might be the only polite staff they have, and that’s the only reason I’m giving any stars.
They actually waste your time don't go to them if you need help. They make the process alot longer than it has to be
