I got a sales call claiming they were going to send me a free insulated cup with some business cards in it...a month later and I still haven't seen it. I don't need the cup or their business, I just thought it was a bad business practice to start the conversation with a gimmick that they clearly were not planning to go through with.
If you are looking for good kitchen equipment this is a great place to shop.
Customer service was rude and less than helpful. Was told an item would be here a certain day, call a day later and it hadn't even shipped yet. I would shop somewhere else.
