Amidst this year of pandemic, of course, my garage doors would fail. The doors are so old, replacement parts are not available. I received three quotes back in July, including West Suburban's, and they matched the best price. Not only was the cost right, but Joe (our installer) did an excellent job replacing my two old overheard doors, which had probably been originally installed in the late 1930s. As with many old buildings in Oak Park, my garage structure leans a bit at an angle. Joe spent hours out there taking my old, heavy, wooden, doors off by himself and meticulously installed the new doors using laser levels to compensate and square the doors up properly. He did a perfect job, and as he walked me through the finished product, I could tell that he took great pride in his work. 6 months later, and so far so good. No issues at all - and the new doors are almost silent when they open and close. I would highly recommend West Suburban Garage Doors - and hopefully, you can request Joe for the install!

Freddy was great! In addition to replacing our ancient garage door springs, he rebalanced our door and fixed the lighting. He was very thorough in showing everything he fixed and how to use everything before leaving. Hot tip: keep your checks handy, as there is a 3% charge to use a card.
I met with Willie Santiago (owner/sales guy) and the worker that actually installed the garage door, Freddie. Both were super nice guys. Willie gave me lots of good information beyond his garage doors. Freddie was very nice and did a great job installing the door; he went above and beyond. My husband was moving a new fridge into our house and having trouble because there was a weird little step to go through the door. Freddie saw that and came over and offered a hand! Both men are very nice and helpful! I highly recommend this company... Because of the staff and because they are reasonably priced too.
They done a wonderful job on my overhead garage doors, garage opener, and garage window. Very reasonable prices. Willie took great care of me and had excellent customer service!
Freddie was great prompt knowledgable he took the time to explain what was wrong. Why it was wrong, and what our options were. He really went the extra mile. He's a great representative for his company, and he boss should be grateful to have such a good employee. He more than earned our business., and we will be repeat customers
