Good oceanfront views..... wifi...nice kitchen...pool...easy beach access....the only bad part was the noisy air conditioning

I rented an efficiency condo for the holiday weekend. It's the perfect size and has a laundry room. The owners decorated nicely and left printed notes framed, so it looks like part of the decor. I brought all my own supplies, but they have everything here already. My only gripe is all the rules of this particular condo. I've stayed at other locations and they weren't so strict.

I'm kinda parcel to this place. We own a condo here. (That we do rent out). The building is well maintained and the management & staff here are very helpful. This is the oldest high-rise in all of OC and has a gorgeous view of the Ocean & the Bayside from any floor! Especially the 11th floor! Unit 11-F get where I'm coming from? So don't miss the opportunity to see the beautiful view, the lovely on deck pool & all it's amenities, and last but not least the OCEAN!! See it all & rent it too!!
