The most incapable, incompetent and disrespectful customer service we’ve ever seen! It took them AGES to send us a machine with an incompetent delivery service which made mistakes. And the machine was broken... Then it took them WEEKS to organise the return. And now the new machine is supposed to be on its way but they have NO IDEA where it is and the situation has been paralyzed with NO NEWS for 3 MONTHS! Worst customer experience ever, total amateurism...
