I can’t say enough about Patrick and Rainbow of the Heartland in Kansas. They were extremely generous with resources and time for my son’s Eagle Scout Project where they helped the boys build a playground set for a domestic abuse shelter that houses women and their children. The set turned out perfect and I know the children that stay there will enjoy it for years to come. I also know my son and fellow Scouts are proud of their accomplishment with the awesome help of Patrick and Rainbow. Thanks again!

We purchased a replacement tarp for 363 and it quickly tore and had holes in it after 1 full Summer season (1.5 years). The website states tarps are covered w/ a 5 year warranty and I was provided the documentation to submit the claim. It then was rejected stating there was only a 1 year warranty and wasn't provided any documentation on this language. Local retailer even admitted they couldn't find the information on this shortened warranty. Pretty disappointing and frustrating service.
