The building is great for office rentals. Reception staff are very friendly. Car park you have to pay for even though it's a charity Car park there is a set price. 3 lifts always breaking down. Toilets are always a mess and they clearly don't have enough staff to clean them.
Building temperature is consistently off. It changes with the weather and is never comfortable. Cleaners have had their hours cut so bathrooms are not so pleasant. Reception staff are friendly and helpful, but it stops there, and anything passed to management is ignored and forgotten.
Not much to say here. It's simply a building with offices.
