The manager was extremely polite. If you’re a new customer, she helps you choose something you’ll enjoy. All her suggestions were EXCELLENT. Quality and price was very good too. By far the best in Birmingham. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SPOT ON.

He best bubble tea in Birmingham. The gentleman who served me was incredibly polite and professional even tho I got there before they opened. He couldn't do enough for me!! The bubble tea tastes great and the home mode tapioca is the best I've tasted!
