Very efficient service provided for my kitten on Saturday afternoon...no time wasted at all. Vet diagnosed problem quickly and antibiotics and painkillers given straight away. Impressed with consultation on the telephone with vet and bright new purpose-built surgery. Thank you all from Ziggy the kitty (who is making a good recovery) and his family.

Got a emergency appointment. 180 before even seeing a vet. 1hour in there to be told my pet won't survive the night and best option was to put them to sleep. We refused asked for pain relief. 277.53 we leave the vets thinking our pet is gonna die. My pet is currently fine and is better and picked himself up so much. I don't know if they were just interested in money or the pets safety

Very quick and efficient even with current measures in place. They kept us updated and made everything very clear about procedures etc. And answered all questions we threw their way (and we had a lot). Made us feel very reassured and everyone we spoke with was friendly and happy to help

I Called quite a few vets for advice and hardly any picked up or couldn't help much which I understand as emergency only and due to covid many are closed. But this is rather important as didnt want my cat to get ill even more. Anyhoo, Laura and a vet from VETS NOW helped right away! Asked questions to assist me. *GREAT Customer service from Laura on the phone. Just not along ago I spoke to her. Very friendly and helpful. Got Also GREAT HELPFUL advice for me from the VET for my sick cat who needs to follow a strict meal of bland chicken and fish. (QUICK ADVICE FROM VET HOW TO COOK COD with skin.) So 5 stars to both and the vets in general. I may have repeated myself but im ever so grateful... Thank you so much Sara

So honestly at an awful time, I cannot fault. Respectful to the end. Maybe the phone call after could have been better and more personal. Euthanasia is not a word you need to hear as a follow up call.
