Staff is lacking... we have problems every time we go with them receiving faxes referrals... they inform us at the last minute when we are in the office and then expect us to get on the phone and call our doctors office which is no easy task because our primary care doctor has a call center... when in reality the referral was in the system but she didn’t bother to check the “Irma” system until I asked her to. Doctor is fine, staff isnt... Also they NEVER answer the phone, you have to leave a message and when you get there there a full staff of employees, just why can’t they answer the phone

I know the Dr’s won’t read their reviews, I can only hope an office manager does. I was unable to make an appointment with Dr. Robert Aronson after two attempts (sorry my time limit for waiting while on hold is 20 minutes). I’m not one to leave negative reviews but this place has MAJOR office problems. I’ve left my name and number, twice now. I’d still be open to an appointment if someone would call. Thanks.

Although the doctors there are the BEST, the office staff is badly in need of help. Communication with the office takes hours if not days and appointments are regularly canceled. My first 2 appts. were both canceled and my original appointment date was pushed back about 2 months. Also, when calling for help or advice you almost always get a recording and need to leave a message. Last message I left at 9am & didn't hear back until 5 pm. After \clinic hours\ were over. They just need MORE STAFF to accommodate patients. Great doctors when you FINALLY get an appointment that will be kept. And caring staff when they FINALLY call you back.

I agree that office help need help with training. No one ever answer the phone.

It took a week to hear back from anyone. Even after the ‘get an appointment in 3 minuets ‘ that got no where and the staff saying they don’t get that information, and being disconnected and never called back for a day, left hanging again on the call back, then I was told the soonest they could get me in was in 2 months! They need to do a better job.
