I’m really surprised by the bad reviews for this place. I had a wonderful experience here. I made an appointment for 10/20/2020 at this clinic to get a in-clinic surgical abortion at 6 weeks pregnant. I do live in Tacoma, but there were no openings for a while at the clinic there, so I chose to travel to Olympia to get it done. I've been going to Planned Parenthood for years for care. When I found out I was accidentally pregnant at 3 weeks at 35, single and I knew I didn’t want kids. I knew right away that having an abortion was the right choice for me. Naturally, I chose Planned Parenthood to do it. I did have to wait an hour in the waiting room, but that was totally fine. I get that things get behind. I was extremely anxious about the procedure, and the whole staff, from the receptionist to the recovery room provider, were very kind, and I felt safe and respected. I was given medication for anxiety and anti nausea as well as painkillers to make the procedure more comfortable. I’m very grateful for this. They made a very difficult experience for me bearable and for that I am eternally grateful. I’m so grateful for Planned Parenthood and the services they offer. I’d absolutely reccommend this clinic to anyone in need of their services.

I wouldn’t go here if you’re looking for support or any helpful information. They’re very rude and judgemental . The nurse was very nice but the nurse practitioner was so rude to me and judgemental .

I’ve been here multiple times. I arrive on time but have NEVER been taken back on time, or even close. My girlfriend had an appointment at 12:30, we checked in ahead of time, arrived 15 minutes early and we didn’t get seen until 2:36. Oddly, walk-ins seem to get seen first, as two were taken back before we were. Don’t come here if you have ANY plans within 4-5 hours of your appointment time, you won’t make it.

Their so helpful and caring. Sharon Taggart was so sweet when we chatted and she seems like a great person . Amy the receptionist has awesome front desk skills. They were both so kind. And just so helpful! Thank you to all staff who are understanding!!

Literally lied to my face about test results, and the ob pinched my ovary while mean-mugging me. Result was months of pain and several unnecessary procedures. If I didn't know better, I'd say they are still fulfilling their founders' ideals. Srsly disappointing, as access to full service is so essential to safety for us all.
