Shameful. We brought our boat in for relatively minor servicing, got it back, put it in the water and the engine immediately died. We tried to bring it back and and hoped they would see us quicker due to the boat being in worse shape than before. Was in the shop for over a month and was never actually looked at. I tried to share my frustration with the owner several times and she completely dismissed me and hung up. We picked up our boat that day and we will never go there again. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Boat was returned with broken landing gear and grease on the seats. They showed no remorse for the shoddy work and had no respect or compassion for frustrated customers.
