I was very happy with my appointment! Dr.Stansifer was very thorough with his exam and explained everything he was going to do, with camera procedure! And thankful for his nurse for holding my hand through it ! Yes , I was that nervous and was put at ease right away!

Had a painful ear infection; so painful that I didn't think I could wait 2 weeks to get in to see my general physician. Front desk staff were fine. The medical staff was unfriendly; barely talking to me. The physician assistant brought a student along into the room without asking first if that was okay. I explained my ear infection and pain. He then stuck an instrument in my ear without explaining first what he was going to do...again bad approach. Then, drew a picture for me on a pad of paper explaining that it was just ear wax and that I should feel better now. Except...five days later, it's not better. What a waste of time and money.
