Purchased a concert ticket for 2018 opera festival under the impression that the event will be held at the Roman theater. IT IS NOT.. although they advertised it along with the opera and other events held in the historic arena. Asked for a refund via email ..of course it denied after a month. I asked another question via email again.. never heard from them. after visiting : the concert per se was fantastic. Would love to go back but the service.. got to be changed.
