I have been working with Noah on several keepsake family photos. I am so impressed with the detailed work he has done to make these become family heirlooms. He has such a gift for framing and adding the best mat to enhance the picture. I replaced the glass with museum quality glass. They were stunning. The quality of the photos are so beautiful and the glass makes all the difference. I am so glad I brought my photos here for framing. They really care and they do a fantastic job.

8/6/2020 Helpful staff and good frame variety. I'm happy with the custom frame they helped me choose; it's unique and works really well with the large poster I wanted framed. Unfortunately, the board-backing they used to attach the poster had defects. There are several large, noticeable indentations. From just about any angle, the picture isn't smoothly attached to the board. 11/20/2020 Update: I called Aspen regarding the indentations and they re-purchased the poster and attached the new poster to smooth backing. The final result is perfect. Since the custom frame didn't exactly match the sample, they gave me a partial refund for the cost of the frame. I appreciate how much work they put into this custom framing job. I'll definitely return for future custom framing.

Worst service, they had my art for 3x as long as they said it would take and when I couldn’t get them to answer my calls I went in and they hadnt even started. Take your business anywhere else

Worst customer service experience of my life... DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR ART! They don't know what they are doing and will probably overcharge you. Go to any other art and frame institution, these people are not worth your time! All of these other reviews are likely planted lol.

Working with Chris at Aspen Art and Frame was the best experience I've had getting any of my art framed--and I've had a lot of experience. I am an artist and always struggle finding a good framing place. I called Chris to ask about framing an extremely odd sized painting that I needed done ASAP. He gave me a quote on the phone for the different options he had available. When I went into the store with my painting he helped me quickly and really well. I didn't want glass on my painting and he helped me figure out an option to protect my work while not having the glare of glass. (A satin protective coat on the illustration). My past experience in getting work custom framed is that it takes forever! Weeks! Chris framed my painting for me in a matter of hours and it was done by the end of that day. Not to mention that it is beautifully done! I am so happy with their work and highly recommend going to Aspen Art & Frame
