After ordering more than 2k worth of Air Conditioning units which turned out to be out of stock from the manufacturer, Anthony contacted me right away and went out of his way to find similar units which would not only work with the fitting kit which I had already acquired but also look just as good in my house and even saved me about 50! Communication was great throughout and after making payment the unit arrived literally the next day! Pleasure to do business with and would highly recommend them

Initially I required some technical guidance on which unit to purchase and this was provided very promptly. Fantastic service from this company, very rare these days! The staff were very helpful at all times either via email or telephone. They sourced a replacement consumer unit for our heating system which we paid for yesterday and it arrived today (16/10/2020). Amazing.
