Dr. Angela Chesanek

Both of my daughters are patients of Dr Hernandez. A friend and local pediatrician recommended her. My 8 year old daughter has reflux and had endoscopy with her. I found her to be very thorough and kind and most important, my daughter is comfortable speaking with her. This is important when only she can describe her symptoms. My youngest daughter is 5 years old and has chronic abdominal pain. Dr Hernandez has been very patient in working with her to determine why, as it can be difficult for a 5 year old to describe her symptoms. I highly recommend Dr Hernandez.

AMAZING experience!!!!! I am so glad I drove 2 hours to get an appointment with Dr. Hernandez. She was so thorough. She asked me so many questions about my daughters health from birth til now that she is 3. She took her time listening to what I had to say. She went into detail with the plan for my daughter. She didn't make me feel rushed at all. She made me feel like what I had to say was important. She also took all her records and actually reviewed them. I honestly am so glad I came here. I was first scared to come because of some negative reviews I read. BUT PLEASE guys DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE REVIEWS. come see her. You wont regret it. I've been trying to find a good gastro for 2 years now and so happy I took the drive. Oh and the staff is super friendly.

Dr. Hernandez has been treating my son since he was 3 years old. We are family now, the support and care from her and the hospital is amazing. Would not let any other GI doctor touch my son Amaury.

I don't understand what all the bad reviews are from. I've always had a pleasant experience with Dr. Hernandez She is very knowledgeable and has helped my son greatly. Maybe the bad reviews are from parents under a lot of stress ?

Seriously the most incompetent doctor and staff. I only needed two pages of FMLA forms completed for my child's intermittent leave due to her illness. At first they said it wasn't a problem and agreed to fill out the forms. After three failed attempts of not answering ALL the questions on the form COMPLETELY, they gave up. Doctor Hernandez had her staff leave me a voice mail to inform me I needed to ask my primary doctor to fill out the forms instead. I'm very upset I spent so much time and energy going back and forth between doctor Hernandez/staff and the FMLA call center, all for nothing.
