keen footwear

This place has the most incompetent and hostile reception staff I have ever met. They are lazy, rude, and very underqualified. I really don't know why the Surgery keeps them on payroll. It's time for them fire these people and hire a group that loves and cares about patients.

My son was contacted by surgery to have his vaccine waited over a hour in the cold as there was a line of people waiting , went in was taken to a room with a very abrupt nurse in it who then left room only to come back to tell him he wasn’t getting vaccine as he wasn’t over 75 !!!!! They booked the bloody appt because of his asthma no apology just pure rudeness This is a total shambles
