I called this afternoon to speak with the officer who took the police report after my car accident. I did have to hold for a while, but I didn't mind that. After all, it is a police station. The woman who took my call was very pleasant. I asked if they had a fax machine and she said no, only the detectives have a fax. I felt bad that the rest of the precinct was in the Dark Ages. She told me that the officer I sought was not in today but would be in tomorrow. She told me what time they would be in AND took a message. I was very impressed.

Dollar Store Rivertowne Commons Mall On Oxon Hill Rd in The State of Maryland. September 5, 2019 Time 3:10 -3:30 pm My Gold Moped was stolen at the In Front of the Dollar store at Rivertowne Commons Mall. I asked the cashier who has no name badge, do you or anyone see somebody stole my Moped. The person stated that the Moped belongs to their Cousin and person in the Dollar stole it from my Cousin. After she said that, the a woman said she saw two black males 1. with Dreadlock hair or Jaṭā, and other male with hood over his head carrying It towards the Safeway. I been shopping at this Dollar store for years, Everyone who works there have seen me with the Moped for a month, the sad point of this, the person did not know gave the Prince Georges County Police department the sale receipt and title. I purchased the Moped from a dealership with the ownership paperwork. This review comes with pictures.

Honestly the worst type of officers (Officer BankHead W, 3918 & “Greenwood” ) I’ve seen in my whole life. They are disrespectful and petty, Me and 4 others witnessed BankHead choke my friend and threaten “to kill him” then pinned him down to the floor with no such cause. When he seen that I grabbed my phone and started recording since I literally just witness police brutality & my friend asked “why’d you choke me though” I quote he said “you didn’t get choked player” then soon sat my friend on the curve and he came directly at me and literally snatched my phone and turned off my phone, & told me I could still record, Yet he began to grab me rough and searched me (Mind you Im a girl). Then “Greenwood” tried yanking my girlfriend until she cried and told him to please not touch her. It seems like no matter what police can get away with everything they do. They act like they have no type of morals. It’s literally just sad and disappointing & disgusting. Mind you I have the video, not only my version but also my girlfriends version which shows when and how he came at me. If I could post it here I would.

Waiting four weeks for a police report in unacceptable. Each time I've called I get a different BS story from a different person, and the same happens when my insurance company calls. I've been without a vehicle for four weeks and I'm unable to drive to work because they are dragging their feet. I never receive call-backs when promised and no one actually seems to know standard practices and procedures. I haven't received an ounce of help from this department and I hope I never have a major emergency.

Terrible service they call themselves police officers, when they don’t even know the rules or acknowledge any information i brought to there attention, the officer Cpl. Brooks is by far the most disrespectful cop i have ever dealt with he doesn’t care what anyone has to say nor was he respectful. It’s either he’s way or the highway terrible service i would stay away I’m filing a complaint against him that’s how bad the service was! Just because he has a badge he feels all empowerment. Stay away!!!! Badge number 2426.

Detective Stover was very rude and sarcastic while handling my case. I went to pick up my documents the following day, however they were not ready although at the scene he stated \I get my reports done the same day but I cannot do that if you keep standing here talking to me.\ My event was at 1:30-2pm Go figure. Furthermore, the clerk was also rude. As I was waiting at the glass to be helped she did not greet me nor did she notify me that someone would be helping me soon. She preceded to talk around me and help another gentleman. Great way to treat the people in your community!

Lost me and my friends ID cards and can't even find the Detective who has them, my friend couldn't even cash his check he got paid last Friday because he didn't have his ID. Unprofessional.
