So, we wanted to sell a very good restrung grand piano & fully serviced- the owner, Peter Smith, would not offer a reasonable price. We gained the impression that Mr Smith was attempting to obtain our family piano for nothing or next to nothing by showing little interest in what is a good, well serviced piano looking for a good musical home - a very disrespectful and rude man in my opinion, as demonstrated in his unintelligible response. Mr Smith was not even able to make a reasonable offer to purchase a good quality instrument. We would not recommend contacting this businessman, who was very impolite and unprofessional, as well as very unfriendly. It should be carefully noted, Mr Smith did not even show any willingness to visit the piano and inspect it. Upon doing so, Mr Smith would have observed a fully restored and re-strung Grand piano, that just needed a dust down and tuned. The piano was given to a young music student who is delighted with his Grand Piano. The below and exceeding strange response, from Mr Smith demonstrates his true character. We would not recommend this business in our opinion.

Friendly, knowledgeable, welcomed two complete novices and didn't push for a sale. Beautiful stock in the front and slightly more loved but affordable instruments in the back. We bought a piano here and would definitely recommend it.
