Great place for a more traditional acadian brunch. But, be ready for a heavy greasy meal. Seems to be missing fruits to cut the richness of the meal.

Although I didn't eat the breakfast this visit (I did last year and it was marvelous), I did the maple syrup dip with the club and the stick. The maple syrup was tasty but I just couldn't get over the fact that everyone else is dipping their club in as well. Remember that the point of the club is to scrape it off with the spoon. Not entirely sanitary. Actually, not sanitary at all. If you don't mind that, try it because you can lick your spoon as much as you want before dipping your club in again. Did I mention that the breakfast is marvelous?
Family place for Maple Syrup
Great place for brunch buffet style. Definitely a must go!!! Food is fresh and cooks always fill the containers fast!!! Price are reasonable.

Adore aller a la sucrerie Chiasson. Toujours un excellent brunch avec syrop a volonter et ensuite la licherie. Love going to Sucrerie Chiasson. Delicious brunch with all the maple syrup you want. And after going for the maple taffy.
