We visited for lunch by bicycle from nearby St Remy de Provence where we were staying. The restaurant has a lovely shadey outdoor eating space. We were made welcome by a waiter who encouraged us to check the menu before deciding that we definitely wanted to eat. It’s a set menu with very little choice, but every course (and there were four!) was delicious and perfectly cooked. The cheese course was impressive and they may still be talking in the kitchen about the Irish guy who went nuts on the cheese! Highly recommended unless you are a fussy eater. We’re in France for around four weeks and we reckon that this will probably be the gastronomic highlight of our trip. Thank you Bistrot de Paradou!

Make sure you call ahead to find out about the menu. The food was delicious the wine never ending and the cheeseboard selection was beautiful. Will come back next time.

What an experience, too good to miss, prefer outside to sit. Downside is you get the street noise which seems to fade after a couple of wonderful wine glasses. And ooh that cheese plate which wraps it all!

We sat outside on the terrace on a beautiful evening. Our waiter was a fabulous character. We ordered the Soup au pistou - absolutely delicious! A huge bowl was presented to us for our table to share. For main we had the lamb cutlets with mashed potato and mushrooms - divine! The lamb is amazing and so flavoursome! The cheese board is phenomenal. For dessert I had Vanilla glace - the waiter seemed annoyed that I had chosen something so simple but the glace was the best I have ever had! It was such a memorable evening for us. I can't recommend this place enough.
