Everything was very good. From the starter to the desert. Also nice, the staff spoke English as well and was friendly. Thank you for the nice evening!

Lovely little bistro just inside the Périphérique. This was a Monday, not sure if it normally would be so quiet on other days. Maybe this is also a place that does more lunch business. Nice welcome, friendly staff able to speak passable English if needed. Good menu, enough choice without being too much. Shared the côte de bœuf (rib steak, if it had had a longer bone it could have been called a tomahawk) with two colleagues, was served with green beans and a couple of sauces. A fourth tablemate had risotto with scallops (instead of with tiger prawns, they were out, and for the same price). All the food was very nice, and portions generous. Ok, the beef was an almost ludicrous portion... but it was cooked exactly to order, a lovely rare. When it arrived, presented on a board and chunkily sliced, all the meat was nicely warm. Very tasty! The risotto was also nicely presented, and tasted very good; the risotto and the scallops were cooked to perfection. The prices for all this were very reasonable (certainly for Parisian standards); 37 for my share of the steak and a nice bottle of red wine we shared as well. The risotto was also reasonably priced at around 18 or 20. Highly recommended!
Quiet brasserie for a coffee. I haven't tested their meals. I will return one day.
Best Crème brûlée ever! Very friendly staff. In a nice neighbourhood of Paris.
I booked the restaurant via Google/La Fourchette, and arrived at the restaurant (L'Affiche). My table was ready, and the menu looked great - however, I went to order the daily special ('formule de midi') - and was told, quite abruptly, that reservations made online were not eligible for the daily 'formule' - I would have to order a la carte, which of course is basically double the price. I walked out, frustrated almost as much as their further reaction to my questioning - they were adamant and the opposite of gracious in refusing to let me order the formule. Anyone with a sense of customer service would have let me order the formule and gained a faithful customer. Instead, I only have a bad association with L'Affiche restaurant in Paris, and will not go back there.
Convenient to where we were staying and very more-ish. Expensive, but well worth the hangover. No English spoken, but your requirements understood with a little sign language. Very hospitable atmosphere.
Excellent meal. Very friendly landlord who speaks very good English. Had fish and chips french style! Slightly lighter than back home really good. Nice location away from main tourist locations.
Good value, friendly staff, food great, beer excellent.
