Dr Chandrasoma is caring and kind. She takes time and connects personally - I think she really likes knowing her patients. Above all, of course, she is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I always look forward to seeing her!

All visitors must get a sticker from the nurses' station. Bring a pillow, shampoo, and throwaway socks for delivery room. Cuddle time is between 2-4, when no visitors are allowed in the postpartum rooms. The maternity tour started with a raffle for a massage at Elements. They provide small water bottles also.

I was referred to Dr. Saad when my asthma started to get worse. Dr. Saad and the rest of his team have taken good care of me. They had taken a non aggressive approach on my severe asthma and then when I did not respond to treatment and became worse he and his team did everything in their power to keep me from being intubated for wich I am greatfull. They have kept in touch with me and made sure I always have enough medication to keep my lungs open. After 3 to 4 months they found a regime that works to keep me breathing well and out of the hospital. I am greatfull to Dr. Saad and his team. They were respectful and took me very seriously. They also helped educate me on how better to control my asthma. Thankyou as always.

Avoid this group at all cost. Dr. Saad did not treat me at all and I ended up in Huntington ER with wheezing. Dr. Benta flipped on two lights knowing that I have severe daily migraine. Instead of doing a full new patient consult under my new insurance, he had no knowledge of my medical history nor reviews my past diagnosese summary. He simply asked canned quwpestions and even denied I have even COPD! He gave me an inhaler sample with no instruction even with a Ivy League MBA degree and experience in the medical field, I still couldn’t figure out if I did it correctly or not. The office manipulated it’s freezing Test and I was completely out of brass afterwards and could not even complete a full sentence with this doctor and having trouble walking at home. Dr. Benta even lied about giving me a Flonase prescription. I have never seen such an irresponsible, unprofessional unethical physician in my life. He is so ignorant that I had to explain wwhat MVP is. Even after my explanation he had no reaction to it which means he had no knowledge at all. For patients who needs oxygen, it’s better to buy on your own vs rent or go through them because they will try to manipulate your blood oxygen in a stress test to above 88%..
