Good service Matt the salesman I dealt with was easy going not pushy. With them being under staff you need to have patience. Matt has called me twice today getting updates on my Honda 520 which I love. Everyone I talked to there are good people and honest and speak their minds which goes a long way with me . I will be buying from them again. And side note I’ve owned several Honda’s and Yamahas dirt bikes and four wheelers so this wasn’t my first Rodeo by far

Scott at Halls Motorsports in Pelham deserves five stars. I got the exact Quad I wanted at a great price shipped half way across the country. Scott at Halls Motorsports facilitated this with ease. He was able to use modern technologies, to keep me in the loop every step of the way including texts, and pictures. I live in Washington, my local dealer acted as if i were a inconvenience to them. And they did not have the quad I wanted. I found the one I wanted at Halls. 2016 Polaris Outlaw in pink. The 2016 has much more pink on it compared to the 2017. Scott was able to shrink wrap it on a pallet for me. shipping was about 300 from Alabama to Washington. South Eastern Freight lines to Oak Harbor Freight lines. It showed up in perfect condition 2 days early. I noticed Halls Motorsports has a few less than desirable reviews, but I did not let that discourage me. In this day and age people just like to complain. Halls Motorsports seems like a huge company. I know first hand they have the infrastructure, resources, inventory and competent staff to make your purchase a success. My name is Jason Moore from Washington, I'm also the owner of a retail store. Don't use for service of your toys. Took my ATV for service and repair. It was there for nearly 3 months with nothing done on it. No courtesy call or anything. They claimed it was waiting on parts, then the mechanic quit, then the parts ordered were wrong. Got my ATV back and told them I'd take somewhere else or do myself. Very disappointing.

I went to buy a new Honda monkey that was showed on the internet for 3,500 they wouldn't sell it for 3,500 even though they had it on the internet so then I called the Springville Halls they have one for 3,500 they won't sell theirs for 3,500 either even though I've bought four motorcycles from them in the past I'll never buy another

Could be an excellent business if they would get their act together. 4 1/2 hours to pay cash for a dirt bike only to end up leaving without the bike due to it being inoperable. Nice selection competitive pricing.
