We brought a hedge trimmer. Arrived with a broken handle. They said I should fix it as it was easy so they sent a part (took ages). It wasn’t easy to fit! We didn’t use it for a few months as it was winter. When we did use it, after 7 minutes cut out. Kept trying it for 50 minutes and then it cut out completely Sent it back, they told me it was a dirty fuel filter and this was user error. Our fault after less than an hours use. This is the worst company I have dealt with. In the latest response I was told “The user error, as previously stated, is because you have used dirty fuel in your machine, which has clogged the fuel filter, a serviceable part (as it is on every other petrol machine)” Apparently adding brand new fuel (the expensive recommended type) and using your power tool in accordance with the instructions for 7 minutes within 6 months of purchase is categorically my fault and user error. I consider they are in breach of my statutory rights. I don’t want a new machine I just not to pay for fixing it as per my rights. Terrible terrible company in every way.

I ordered a power wash late one evening and it got sent out the next Day I for got to order the foamer for the wash I phoned them the next morning and It got put in with the power wash no problem A first class service I would recommend this company to my friends and family

THEY HAVE STOLEN MY JETWASHER!!! Absolutely appalling service. Failed twice to pick up jetwasher on given day after I removed oil and fuel and strapped it to a pallet. Finally picked it up 1 week late. Took a full week to get it to the workshop. 6 day after this week no jetwasher, no updates nothing. Phoned multiple times and on hold for 10 mins and then cut off. Just now phone and the guy picked up the phone and spoke and I said I was chasing up my jet washer and could hear him chewing on the end of the line but not answering me and then the phone was cut off. He said his name was John BTW from technical support in case management are interested. No reply to any email and can't get on the phone so they really are thieves and I will be taking them to court.
