TERRIBLE place to live. It is old, rundown and with little to no maintenance. What kind of place boots their own residents guests in the guest parking spot? Ridiculous. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH PARKING FOR ANYONE.
Great place to live. Nice views very quiet and peaceful . The management staff and Aileen are very nice and always on point with everything. Knowing my situation moving from NY my application was very fast and my moving in! Keep Up the great work. I’m in love with the gym and the 2 pools exactly what I was looking for.
I was extremely pleased with the service that I received from the property manager Aileen. She ran my application extremely fast, knowing my situation that I needed an apartment as soon as possible within hours I was approved. The apartment had a couple other issues, for example my dryer wasn’t working and my sliding door wasn’t working when I moved in, but she promised that she would fix that immediately as soon as I moved in. I was extremely happy because what she promised it was done I had my sliding door fixed within the first week and my dryer changed. And if you need anything she is more than happy to assist you in any way possible so far I don’t have any complaints other than maybe they need another trash bin out in the front and at least two parking spot per apartment would have been amazing! But me and my family love the place it’s beautiful and it’s kept clean!
Great place to live. The condos are excellent value for your money compared to others in the area. I can’t say enough about the management team and Aylen, she has been very attentive and kind. This is truly a caring place for your loved ones.
