Go through the front main entrance, take the left side lift to the 6th floor. Its located on the left once you exit the lift. Mature malay lady. Very friendly and accommodating. Manners work both ways so be nice
Ok lah... One lonely fugure sat cooly in one corner of a rented office no bigger than my office cubicle. She looks upon u literally frowning without words "how can i help u".

Fast and friendly service. Don't forget to bring your IC and supporting documents (if needed). Open Monday-Friday 10am until 4pm, closed at lunch time 1-2pm. Directions to the office: From the main entrance, walk straight until the main foyer (receptionist). Go to left and take the lift until 5th floor. Exitting from the lift, turn left and walk straight a few steps until you are facing ladies toilet. Turn left again, and walk for about 10 metres. Unit number 5.28 - 5.30 will be the office on your right, orange coloured walls (as of written review in 2019).
She is friendly and provides an efficient service. Finding her office can be confusing if you are not familiar with the area
