Having purchased a new bike recently I have to say that the service I received was first class. I was given valuable advice by experienced staff who were able and capable of advising me which bike would suit my needs best and at no point did I feel under any pressure to purchase a bike. I was given time and informative advice to consider all my options which helped in my final decision to purchase a bike that was right for my needs. The confident, knowledgeable and relaxed tone of advice from Chris helped me to cycle through my options and decide on the most suitable bike, helmet, mudguards, lock and insurance option; all at the best prices available. Excellent service. we purchased 2 x giant e bikes from rutland cycling Peterborough today , we have not had enough time to enjoy them yet but we did have fantastic service from Ian from start to finish he was so helpful and informative with all aspects of our initial inquiry , we appreciate his patience and knowledge and would highly recommend his and his teams services, we are 2 very happy customers and would suggest to anyone who is interested in a new e bike to contact them first.
