The dealership in whole is amazing. The people who works at this dealership is down to earth and patient. The reason I gave them 1 star is because, Sadly I had to take my motorcycle to this dealership 4 Saturdays in a row for them to still not be able to fix the problem. My left turn signal keeps going out and they were unable to fix it. They tried there best to fix the light but they still charge me for the maintenance despite not fixing the problem. I will continue to go there for parts and accessories but sadly i will stay away from labor and maintenance department. Responding to there reply : They said We cannot cover problems that arise out of riding the motorcycle beyond its factory recommended threshold. My motorcycle revs out to 12,000 rpm. Instead of Basically saying they can't find the problem, the guy working on my bike told me I should not rev pass 8,000 rpm. How do that make sense. The reason your lights keep going out because your shifting near your rev limiter not talking about completely holding the throttle open banging out the rev limiter, im talking about normal shifts while riding. Imagine a dealership telling you that. But again everyone there is great, besides this one problem they were not able to solve.

Saw a bike I was interested in on Cycle Trader. I live about 2 hours away, so called ahead and spoke with Vince. He not only answered all my questions but sent me additional pictures as well. When I arrived a week later, I showed up an hour before closing. I was able to take a quick test drive, and the bike was exactly what I wanted. Negotiations were easy, and I was satisfied with the price. I know it can sometimes take some time to complete a vehicle purchase, and even through we ran a bit past closing, no one there seemed bothered by helping me. I had to leave it there and have a shipper pick it up a week later, and that went 100% smoothly as well. Absolutely nothing but positive things to say about the entire experience. These guys are the real deal, and when I'm in the market for another bike, this will be the first place I look. Thanks again Vince!

Be carfull with the service department and manager. Went there to get small damages on my motorcycle fix. They kept it for 5 month and did not fix motorcycle. The manager just kept lying . They where never able to fix my bike.so i had to go somewhere else. I also called my insurance company and put a complaint against them. He also smell like he had been drinking . Something was not right. This guy is a slimball ( the service manager / if you are the owner . He is no good for your business!!!!!!!! You just lost a good customer.

I have come to the Philadelphia Cycle Center for many repairs over the years. The service is always been top notch and they get things done very fast. You might want to wait for the fall or spring to get repairs done because there’s so much demand. But they were straight with me and always save me a great deal of money in the work being done.

This place is one of the best Honda dealer in the east. My wing broke down, they took it in an had me up an running in less then two hours. The service manager Ralph Perieira has his act together and staff know their wings.
