Me and my Gf were traveling in Phoenix area and we wanted something that was refreshing and so we looked up shaved ice and this was the only place doing authentic shaved ice in the whole area. The guy who works/owns the place has a killer attitude and was super nice. He hooked us up with two large on accident and didn’t charge us. One of the best experiences I had, and so I had to leave a review. If you need something delicious, refreshing, and served with an amazing attitude then this is the best place in Phoenix by far.

It’s perfect on really hot day. They have tons of flavor selections. I got coconut and tigers blood with Dole Whip in the middle and it was fantastic. I would highly recommend this little hidden spot.

Delicious treats, but when we first started coming here the guy working inside was a total sweetheart. Now it seems like whenever my boyfriend goes in there regardless of if he’s alone or not the guy is starring daggers at him and has an attitude almost like he’s being inconvenienced by our business. Our friend actually noticed the severe attitude towards us last night. It’s not like we’re too particular with our orders, and we’ve only gotten there at the last minute once, but since then (it was our second visit THAT DAY) it seems like he’s annoyed by our presence in the plaza even when we’re not going in there. We live across the street and love coming here, but if we’re bothering him by giving him our money we can definitely find a new spot nearby for our cravings...

Update*** Lately, people agree, the owner has changed. I made this review in 2015. It WAS good, now. There are far better places. Owner is weird. *His first excuse was he misses Hawaii that's is why he plays his music so loud he doesn't care what you really want to order. *His second excuse was covid messed up his business. *3rd visit, will now never support his business again, He better say hi and get your orders right!!! I told him leave his emotions at home and focus on PROFESSIONALISM

This place was awesome. It’s small and almost unnoticeable it the plaza it is in. But how much space do you really need for a shaved ice place? The guy who owns is really proud of his heritage and he should be Hawaii is a very beautiful place. I order a medium with three flavors and ice cream. The syrup they use is the best I’ve ever had and the ice falls apart when you touch it. The ice cream was really delicious as well. This is probably the best shaved ice I’ve ever had. Will be returning

The man who owns it is VERY OLD and his moods change. My daughter ordered blue raspberry and mango he gave her mango and pineapple. The wait is very long. Do not go there unless you have time and ACTUALLY watch him make your order.

Let me start by reviewing the product, their choices are great and so are their prices. If you have no idea what you want, they will help discuss your options. As I mentioned, prices are fair. If you're in the area, stop by to this hidden stop. Now for the customer service, the husband is great, always friendly to the kids, maybe because we are Filipino and relate. The wife has her good and bad days. I know how hard it is to be a small business owner and it must be hard to deal with pain in the butt customers on a daily basis, but please understand there is no need to take out your frustrations on other customers. I hope you guys stay around because this is a close and great place to grab a treat with the family. And sorry we've been one of those pain in the butt customers.
