Pingree Grove works out of a trailer and is quick to issue penalties for late payments. Which is all well and good. But, when you call and want clarification on payment they have no record of who has paid. The only record is a check or card number with no name attached. If you have any issues on payment of who paid the bill you will not find an answer. Also pingree grove puts an adhesive sticker on your window that requires a razor blade and goo gone to get rid of. When asking Mary about this I was met with strong resistance that she would not pass the word on that the adhesive is to strong as it was not her job. She also implied that the sticker is another form of punishment of not paying your water bill. As if a late fee, turning your water off, and a fine to turn it back on was not punishment enough. I would give zero stars if I could because there is no real accountability of funds. No communication between departments even tho they are in a trailer and can communicate very easily. Also the mentality of no customer service and no patience for honest questions. From my own experience of working for a agency like this. Mary should be disciplined and an investigation should be set in place to address the concern of the adhesive and potential damage to property. But apparently there is no accountability and this problem and ones like it will persist. From a resident and landlord in Pingree Grove.
