DO NOT GO HERE! Office staff is rude and disorganized. Their billing system is all messed up and they don't call and check for benefits like they are supposed to and they make you pay 100% upfront without sending you a bill. I saw many inconsistencies with the payments I was giving so I decided to do some digging and lets just say my insurance is in the process of getting me a several hundred dollar refund. Also DO NOT go to Dr. Winningham for Chiropractor services! He does not care about you and will rush you out while racking up your bill. I found out I had a pinched ulnar nerve in my elbow causing me to lose muscle function in my hand. Dr. Russell referred me to Winningham (in the same office) and all he would do was adjust my back and do some physical therapy on my NECK. The MRI clearly said the issue was in my elbow. I fortunately decided to get a second opinion. My new chiropractor told me my hand function was only at about 15% and my muscle was wasting away. During my first visit with him he spent OVER AN HOUR doing work on my hand and elbow to get my nerve unpinched while Dr. Winningham would rush me out within 15 minutes. He said what Dr. Winningham was doing was completely useless. I'm still not back to 100% function but he's already got my hand back to 50% function within just a few visits. I didn't realize how poorly I was treated at this office until I went somewhere else. I'm still very upset about how much time and money I wasted there. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

We could not LOVE Jessica Boniol more. She’s the most incredible provider and our only regret is that we didn’t find her sooner!

After a few years of going to this place, I had to write a review and warn folks because I can no longer take it. Dr. Willingham is great at what he does. BUT billing has never seemed to straighten out. The front desk folks for the past few years have attitudes and/or mix up appointments. Twice I have gone to an appointment at 9 a.m. and the other at 2 p.m. and the door is locked, so I'm waiting outside like I'm waiting on a store to open. I've left the office not knowing what my prognosis is as it wasn't explained to me. And then I leave like, wait a minute, that 15 minute visit didn't feel like I got anything out of it... Also, the patient portal they want you to use to fill out forms glitches. I tried contacting the office by email to assist and never got an answer back. I'm sure the skill is there, but the professionalism and organization is not there. I'm sad to say but relieved to move on, and never visit this office again.

I am impressed with how my experience has been at this clinic. I feel like Dr. Skinner really cares about your health and wellness goals. I like that I can call with a concern and actually get a response in a timely manner. He is very thorough and listens to you. You won't be disappointed here!
