Poole offers the best sandy beach in the coast area. The long walk from Sandbank all the way to Bournemouth is a delight on a breezy sunshine day. Please do choose a quiet day to visit in this covid-19 time. And keep a distance if you can ;) Stay healthy

Amazing place. Truly magical. Walked through beautiful gardens to arrive on the promenade. The view of Poole bay is uplifting. The beach is golden sand with lots of activity. Swimmers, dog walkers, cyclists. It was everything I hoped for and more. Will definitely return, just not when it's standing room only on the beach in the summer.
I prefer this area of beach as it's cleaner and tends to be quieter than Bournemouth Pier way. Obviously still gets busy but just has that edge over other areas for me. 4 stars as could be a little better. Toilet facilities aren't great, but there is a cafe / restaurant and a small gift shop. Nice place to take the kids.
Never been before. Its really beautiful. Nice sandy beach.
3 ways down to beach. One has steps and a slope and 2 suitable for pushchairs, steep in places. Toilets and ice cream place parlor. Wonderful wide beach. Distancing possible. Views to the Isle of Wight and Old Harry Rocks. Currently cruise ships anchored in the bay.
Clean beach and water , not too crowded, decent facilities , beautiful scenery. You don't need more for a perfect day!
Lovely natural scene dividing between the city and the beach. Best views and scenes for the seaside I have been for in the UK. Free parking in the street nearby is a plus. Must see this place when the weather is permitting this.
A lovely spot and not too busy today. Great view of the cruise lines in the bay.
